Just open your torrentfile on your client then locate the folder where your Movie is actually located. Choose that folder to place the downloaded output then your client will detect an existing file there and verify if it is complete. Then it will seed automatically your full file.

it depends on ur connection and how many seeders there are. to seed you have to have some of the movie done. then someone with a lower percent then u will download. that upload rate.
