I got them from various torrents so I can't really tell you their sources. Some are obvious TV rips and others are obviously VHS, like Street Spirit.

There is, in fact, a video of those two songs together. It isn't an "official video", but Radiohead has released it on their DVD "The Most Gigantic Lying Mouth of All Time."
