Music from Ipod to Itunes

How do you get music from you Ipod to your Itunes, E.g. if a friend puts music on your ipod that you dont have on your itunes then can you copy them from the ipod to the computer?

If Corn Oil is made from corn, and Vegetable Oil is made from vegetables
Then what is Baby Oil made from? yikes

you're welcome....there's lots of great software nowadays for doing this...Floola was the one that satisfied my needs first so now I just stuck to it....

Like when I went to use it it (I hadn't used it in a few months), it told me it was expired so I couldn't do anything.
