Well myself i think parents should make sure their children are not to young of an age to be roaming all over the internet as it can lead to trouble in some cases or in some cases as they have internet access they swear and rant and rave as i have seen lots of it as i am also a Admin on another site and a mod on 3 other sites.
And i noticed the young generation are just rude and show no respect, one guy i remember got so mad he destroyed his lcd screen and pc equipment by punching it and then wanted help to try to fix it afterwards, we just said tough luck your problem..bud.
And i find if people have lied once they tend to lie again as i have seen this over the years, we are here as a community to help members and one another if possible and keep fairly good order by following rules as this makes the site rum smoothly. 
This is a announcement thread and this has gone off-topic even with me posting, and shortly this thread will be closed.

Well okay if this is what you like....i will leave it open for you all to keep posting in as we want to keep the posting alive, but if the other Admin's feel that this thread should be closed they can do so, as i just want to do good for the site and the members and staff here.

Maybe just plaster the homepage with the forum link, or make it so the forum IS the homepage and have a very clear place to click to look for links.

Then you would have to have a thing on the top of the page, that gives the link to the downlaod section.

Maybe we could do like I've seen somewhere before...
Keep the homepage as the downloads, but then add a box at the top, including the 10 most recent topics in the forum.
That way, people see that there is a forum, and can see what is in it, without having to click away from the downloads...
